Tips: I started making waffles from scratch to avoid the trans-fats that are in many store-bought waffle mixes. This recipe is great if you have a small family or are just making waffles for the kids. It can always be doubled to feed a larger crowd. I also shared this recipe at Momtrends's Friday Food.

I have just ordered a waffle maker, so I'll look forward to giving your recipe a try!

I'm looking for the other waffle recipe from the same cookbook. It's my favorite page, and of course the page is lost. Do you have it?
