Tips: It is wonderful to have recipes on hand for homemade dressing in case you find yourself out of regular store-bought dressing. Truly, homemade dressing is probably the way we all should go to avoid the extra preservatives. This dressing has a great flavor and is useful for adding to your salads, veggies and even pasta (try it with Red Pepper Rotini). Olive oil does tend to congeal so it's best to take it out of the refrigerator about 15 minutes before you need to use it.

This looks great! I don't usually put basil in, but will definitely try it.
