Potato Beef Casserole

Serves: 4

4 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 lb. ground beef
1 can (10.75 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 can (10.5 oz) condensed vegetable beef soup, undiluted
1/4 c. water

Brown ground beef in a skillet; drain. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Transfer to a greased 2-qt. baking dish. Cover and bake at 350 degrees 1 1/2 hours or until potatoes are tender.

Tips: This was a quick and easy meal to put together just plan ahead since it take an hour and a half to bake. Serve it up with rolls and a salad and dinner's complete! Sometimes I worry about a dish that starts with the potatoes raw, however this one cooked up perfectly tender potatoes.
